Well, I lost 8lbs this week which I am incredibly pleased about - only another 36lbs to go!

Anyone know how much it slows down from Week 2 onwards?

That's excellent silverine well done, you lost more in your first week on lite than i did on total!
Sorry I can't answer your question, but I'm sure someone will soon.

    Wow! Well done!! :D

And yes, it will slow down - week 2 you will definitely not lose 8lbs! About 6lbs of that loss was water weight (glucogen stores), a normal loss per week is between 1lbs-3lbs.

I do advise - that some weeks you may not lose any weight - but do not panic or become discouraged. Be prepared for 'stay-the-same' (STS) weeks - our bodies do not follow a clockwork mechanism. STS also happens on absitience LL, it's natural. Sometimes our bodies will want to hold on to the water, or have built up muck inside, or other things like that-time-of-the-month plays a part!

So, well done again, I'm glad you're doing well! :)
