    I get what you're saying and I'm sure lots of other people do as well. I've kept myself fat for quite a few years for protection. Have you thought about having some counselling about it? I did and it really helped. What is it about the new you that terrifies you?

    Everyone's an expert regarding weight-loss - apart from those people who are naturally slim! Some people aren't very good with change - even the thought of you changing or being different might unsettle them. That's their stuff - your stuff is to get rid of the weight and to be gorgeous!

    It sounds like you are really motivated! You haven't left it too late at all. If you manage to lose 2 or 3 stone by March then you will be 2 or 3 stone slimmer than you are now - how good is that going to feel! Good luck!

    Have you tried the ready made carton? I find that the taste and texture is nicer than mixing your own. I like the strawberry one best. You pay a bit more for them though. I also do the mousse for an evening meal, that's a nice change as well, you feel like you are actually eating something...

    Bars Cambridge Vs Lipotrim

    The bars are OK, as others have said it's nice to chew something! In the past I have cut mine up into small pieces and eaten it throughout the day as a kind of snack. Have you tried the mousse mix - that really helps me, I feel like I eating something when I have that.
