    Slimming World Quiche

    Made it for the first time today did red onion & mushrooms. Just had it for lunch with SW chips and baked beans............it was yum. Will def be doing again.

    spicy wedges?

    I make mine this way Chop potatoes into wedges, par boil for 5 mins, place in a bowl and spray with fry lite then cover in Cajun spice and stir. Place in oven on baking sheet (single layer) until cripsy turning once yumm :)

    I am having an EE day today. is it ok to have a mug shot as a snack? (the friut is not filling me up at the mo) I am right in thinking it would be free??? Not sure but i read only free when part of a meal?? thanks Tracy

    WW - Mini chocolate sticks Bought some of these yesterday as they were on offer. They were nice (similar to a magnum lol) but very small and over in about 3 bites. i worked them as 4.5 syns which does seem alot

    Good Morning everyone! I put on 1.5lbs which was fine, i decided to have 5 days totally off plan over easter and relly enjoyed myself. Am totally back on plan now and am determined to get it off next week! Mr CC ate loads more than me and still had a loss....typical men eh??:) Have a good week CC x

    Lindt chocolate balls!!

    I know!!!!!!!!!! A friend bought me 2 boxes after a little accident i had bless her........i was shocked when i looked them up. The two boxes have lasted me and Mr Chubchick 2 weeks, we have 2 each a night. Before knowing the syns they would have lasted 2 days lol xx

    Sounds good! I have got carbonara tonight. I use fat free fromage frais instead of milk and then add parmesan as my HEB. I serve it with a big salad to make it free on extra easy mmm
