    2 down this week, so at least it's going in the right direction. Not too bad considering I broke the diet twice, I was sick baby was sick no sleep it goes on but starting with a new attitude. Still a sick baby but at least I'm not sick anymore, and 9 lbs in two weeks is not to be sniffed at...

    What TV shows make you determined?

    Have to say it's the cookery programmes that motivate me particularly Nigel Slaters ones, something very calming about that guy, figure just get this weight off and then I can eat lovely food (healthy obviously)

    Dreading 3rd wi as fell off wagon at wkend

    OMG I know exactly how you feel, my wi is on wed, and I fell off the diet last thursday night, combination of having a cold (which I still can't shake) and no sleep the night before as 6 month old has cold too. Just keep thinking I'm back on the wagon now and I am guilty of looking at the scales...

    I need lipotrim help..

    I hated the sweetness aswell, and the mouse just made me hurl. So I've taken to add strong coffee to both the vanilla and the chocolate and drinking them hot the bitterness of the coffee takes away from the sweetness. You have to play around with the shakes to see what works for you

    Struggling!

    The worst thing about being on a diet is feeling that you are restricting yourself and when you start picking that feeling turns into guilt that you messed up, which only results in more picking. I'm an expert on this... Just imagine how good you are going to feel lighter and keep smiling:)

    New - restart after 18mths

    Good luck with the restart, last time I did lt was in nov 08, restarted last week and have my first weigh in on wednesday. The week has flown by and I know once you get past the first week it'll fly

    Things that made my first week fly in...

    Yeah for the hot vanilla with coffeedefinately my favourite, only one I can drink cold is the strawberry as it reminds me of that milkshake stuff you could buy to add to milk. Love the mint tea keeps me going, will defo try the cold mint with choc

    what do u think of the chicken soup?

    The soup is vile but I add in cayenne pepper and its not so bad, not sure if this is ok but it didn't stop my weight loss last time I did lipotrim. Favourite is definately the vanilla, make it with hot water and coffee lush

    On day 2, and can't believe that I'm sooooo cold. Don't remember being this cold last time. All doing well though, although today without even realising it ate a bit of toast as I was cleaning up after breakfast, so used to cleaning other peoples plates makes it obvious how the weight creeps...
