yes you can grill it i do mine in the george! you can also mix lean minced lamb and extra lean minced beef together! lowers the syns. i struggle to find any kind of lean minced lamb! anyone know which supermarket has some?

ive found slimline tonic does the trick for me. i pop it in a wine glass with ice and a slice feels like you have somthing special and it goes well with everything you dont have to think should i have red or white lol :)

i know im in trouble when i start drooling over the cakes in the shops * week is such a pain, i have been putting hot chilli sauce on my food i find the spice "burn" takes my mind off the sweet things

you can buy a chicken biryani spice mix in the supermarket,i got mine in sainsbury's its made by swhartskoff or how ever you spell it !!!! the directions are on the packet. easy peasy tastes lovley i made it last week

ive had a mirena for 3 years now, completely changed my life i used to be in so much pain and with realy heavy bleeding, i was vurtualy house bound for 3 days every month. now i just get what i concider "normal" periods dont even have to take any pain relief just get on with my life it's wonderful.
