    Hi hun, I normally have a banana about an hour beforehand. However, can I ask if you have done much exercise before this? The reason I ask is that if you have pushed yourself too hard too soon then you will get the shakes. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated as well. Hope that helps a...

    Extra Easy Running to help loose or maintaine weight ??

    I run 5k 3 or 4 times a week, have done for a while now. Can recommend eating a banana about an hour or so before you run, it gives you a slow release of energy when being digested. Also, don't forget to keep hydrated. :)

    Running?

    M&S do great sports bras for 'long distance running'. I am a runner and have quite big boobs, these bras from M&S are the best ones I've found for keeping them in check. The Shock Absorber ones are good too, quite expensive though. Good luck, start slow and build yourself up. ;)

    This is true, it's called the 'afterburn'. Your body is still churning away those calories for a good hour after you've finished your exercise. I go to the gym during my lunch break and always eat afterwards. Think I would pass out if I didn't.

    I watched that as well, did make me drool a bit. So I had two Belgian chocs (3.5 syns each). I gave away the rest of my mother's day cake to to kids in their lunchboxes this morning. I have only had a tiny slice out of it, they have had the rest. I can see a wee shine on my halo. lol.
