    why cant i find ..

Maybe your mind is rebelling against you reaching your goal? Perhaps because you wonder what you'll do once you reach it, or perhaps you can't believe you've made it this far? I know in my case I get so used to seeing myself as fat that I begin to sabatoge myself when I lose a substantial amount...

Hey I'm doing C25K too! I'm on week 7 at the mo and still going strong. I remember day 1 of week 1 was brutal. If anything it's easier now at week 7 than it was then because I've got used to running and my body recovers a lot quicker now. Good luck to both of us!

Bad news is no loss this week because I've not been sticking to plan very well. Good news is I've continued running and can now run for 25 minutes without stopping! I just need to stay on plan and the weight will start coming off again. Luckily, all the upheaval I'd been experiencing the past...

    5'5 People..Whats your target?

I've never weighed less than 13st so I think 11st would be the lowest weight my body could achieve without starving myself. To be honest though, I'd be ecstatic just to get to 13st again.

Thanks! I'm about to go for a run now, starting week 4 today. My work trousers have become loose and people have commented on my face looking slimmer so that's good news too. The rest of this week has been good. I'm going through a really rough patch in my life at the mo and although I've...

5 lbs down on Tuesday, yes! I also finished week 3 of C25K! I wasn't perfect, had a pizza one night and a muffin the other, but still got quite a big loss. Now to see what next week brings.

What a week! This was my first week back to work after maternity leave, so of course I got a chest infection Sunday night. I dutifully dragged myself in every morning and managed it ok but I'm so shattered now. I was very tempted to binge many times this week but stayed on plan and only...

    Fat kat to slim kitty!

Had a terrible day at work today but didn't eat loads of rubbish, thank goodness! Breakfast was a SW fryup (eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and 1 slice toast (1 HE)), lunch was spaghetti and a pear, and dinner was more spaghetti, sweetcorn and 2 crumpets (8 syns) with Flora buttery (3 syns)...

Does lots of exercise lead to no losses??

I don't really understand what people are saying about running not really helping weight loss..? I lost a stone in a month about 2 years ago when I started running 45 mins a day. I hadn't been sedentary beforehand either, I was already walking 1.5 hours daily (to/from work). Running has always...

Well, the rest of this week was a disaster. I had trouble with work and my fiance so my carefully prepared meal plans went out the window. On the positive side, I've stuck to C25K and started week 3 yesterday. Starting to get a bit tougher but I managed it in the end! I bought loads of...

Hi all, my name's Kat and I'm 29. I have a 1 year old son and a lovely fiance. I've always struggled with my weight but lost a lot before I got pregnant. Of course some of that came back during the pregnancy and I've been trying to shift it ever since my son was born. Whilst I'd lose a bit here...

The Goth Thread - Inspired by Jim

Hi, jumping in here! I don't usually look the part but I love heavy metal and hard rock, Slipknot, Drowning Pool, Disturbed, Prodigy just to name a few. I so wanted to go to Download this weekend but as we're going on holiday next month, can't really afford both. Maybe next year!

    Just a little intro

Hi, my name's Kat. I put on a load of weight when I had my son and thought I'd have lost it all by now but here I am, over a year since he was born, and nearly as fat as I was whilst pregnant! As you can imagine, I'm not too impressed with myself. I started induction Monday and feeling ok...
