    A typical burger bun is 4, a burger 5/6 and then the cheese slice 2. But those are typical values from the app. I'd go 12/13 on the safe side + any sauce etc

    What about some pasta salad? I know pasta can be high PP but fill it with peppers and things like that? Use a tomato base maybe? I love phili light as a pasta sauce but not sure what its like cold with pasta. Baked potato? Thats all i can think of sorry x

    Best advice you've got for a newbie?

    Last time I found I was most successful when I had something in my bag to eat at all times. Stopped me buying something high in points and munching it. Hoping to follow the same logic this time and for once weigh my portions as I have never done that. Good luck I'm sure you will do fab xx

    Hi all, When I did discovery I went to a class so bought recipe books and bars etc from there. Now I am on the online section can I pop into a class and still buy stuff without joining the class? It would be more convenient for the books etc Thanks, Jude :)

    Hellooooo, Here I am on day one :wave_cry:. Last time i did WW it was discover plan and i gave up at 10% whooops. Then i did cambridge and my body couldn't cope so here i am again. I have 5st to lose :cry: but i suffer from CFS and PCOS is likely to be a factor apparently at some point...
