Hi im starting exante today, just had my 1st shake. Ive got 2 weeks off work so thought it would be a good time to start, so i can get over the nasty few days and by the time i go back i should be well into it. I want to loose just over 5 stones so if i stick to it i really could be to goal on...

damn i didnt know this would happen , im on hormones to stop my bleeding as i bleed 3 weeks out of 4 due to numerous womb problems. was looking forward to not bleeding for the 6 months ill be on them. fingers crossed the hormones will still keep me blood free . i start lipotrim tomorrow

im new to lipotrim (start in the morning) so cant really say but i would have thought for it to work properly and to stay healthy you would need to do it 100% good luck in what ever you choose to do
