    Second WI: STS?

    It was my 2nd WI last week to and I STS, I was gutted, but also I had just joined the gym on the monday before the WI, so Im hoping on my next wi Ill see some loss. It was quite disheartening after I had been to the gym etc and followed the plan. Will see how I do next week.

    Eating points and activity points HELP!!

    Just wondered if anyone knew if you ate something like a kit kat at 109 calories and 2.5 points and then I went on the wii and burnt say over 150 calories, would that mean I have got the 2.5 points back and it would be like I never ate the kit kat?? I hope that make sense. Thanks :-)

Ive not done all those steps at once, its throughout the day, although today Ive done loadsa walking- so far 12335 steps, but thats because ive been off work, so when I go back tomorrow no doubt it will be 3/4 of that haha.     I just re joined after nearly 2 years off ww...I nearly collapsed when I got weighed on Wednesday, gosh I must have been eating for 3 people! Just wondered where everyone is getting there motivation from? also, does anyone know how many points 10,000 steps are? Thanks :-)
