Signature testing

Just the one poud loss this week, but reasonably happy as I wasn't expecting anything after a few impromptu drinks this weekend. Onwards.

Week 2 weigh in. -4lb down to 20st 6lb. All well so far 9 lb in first 2 weeks

Hi folks, just had my weigh in after 1st week. Lost 5lb. Starting weight 21st 1lb interim goal is 17st, I'm 6ft 4 ins. Any one out there in a similar position ? It would be good to 'compare notes'. Tips/advice/recipes welcome - I may need particular help in keeping things fresh and varied Dave

It's the main, green 'Food Optimising' book (must be the latest one as I only got it Monday), in the Syns section under Dairy - only natural fat free yoghurt is free from syns, the fruit flavoured ones are 0.5 each - not the end of the world I know, but thought I'd try to get it cleared up.

Everyone on here seems to think that Mullerlights are syn free, but the book (That I got yesterday when signing up) says 0.5 Syns. Can anyone shed any light on this please ? Thanks Dave

Just started SW and the book says Mullerlights are all 0.5 Syns, apart from the Choc/Black Cherry one which is 2. I was under the impression that the 'normal' ones were all free, as above. Can anyone clear this one up please ?
