    New to Minimins

    Yep! And's that's not including the water I use to make my shakes lol. I don't like black tea or coffee and I don't like pepermint tea so I am living on water and strawberry shakes. It's gotten to a point where I notice if I have drunk less that day. I feel very thirsty and tired.

    Is off out to do some exercise!

    That's great! Well done :) Now that I have lost a nice chunck of weight I am really keen to get back into running and to the Gym. Exercise is a great way to get rid of fat, improve cellulite and to tone. I'm hoping that one day my bingo wings will disapear and I will be left with muscle :D
