    You will get alot of help here - but you have to help yourself - When i start a weight loss regime - I go cold turkey with chocolates, and ANYTHING fried n other stuff- the calories really do add up.

    Well done on your loss so far- any loss great or small is better than a gain right? - starting to walk 1 hour four times a week would have probably started to make your legs a little more muscular - making you gain a bit muscle weight, which is always a good thing ;)

    Update, Woke up today, completely forgot about the Weigh In, i had breakfast, went Gym, had a protein shake, and alot of water, then remembered to weigh myself, (i usually weigh myself first thing in the morning) But, anyway, i am now 84KG ;)
