    Lol Claire! That's brill that you can do that :) My other half can't cook, so I've lucked out there! If he had to cook for them all they'd be living on egg on toast or cheese on toast, and even that would probably be burnt ROFL

    Cooking for the family....

    Does/has anyone else struggled with this? I have to cook for my DH and two boys, and last night, as I'm sure many people have to do whilst on a diet. Have you found it difficult, still having to prepare and make food, and watch them all enjoy the yumminess...?

    Hmmmm I only have apple and cinnamon porridge, Vicky just gave me a mixture so I was assuming that was the only flavour. Oh well, the original one would probably just make me want to dump a load of double cream and brown sugar on it ;) Shakes for breakfast from now on I reckon.

    I think maybe that's why she didn't mention the flavourings, because it's my first week. Will talk to her next thursday (first weigh in) about it though, worth giving it a try. Not sure I'd risk the coke either!

    I'll ask her about the water flavouring for next week, thanks! I can't drink tea black (20 yrs of milk and two sugars lol), but I don't mind coffee black. I'm having that in the morning instead of my cuppa. I'll have to buy some more herbal teas I think! Thanks!

    Yeh I thought that -- it's lo-salt though ;) And I was exagerating, it wasn't laden with it....Anything to get me thru the first few days though, I can't give up salt AND chocolate, I'd kill the DH and the kids before the week was out lol

    The porridge is he worst thing I've ever eaten. But maybe that's because I'm fussy about how I have my porridge (cream and sugar...moi?!) -- I should have known better really and just went for the shakes for brekkie. I've liked the butterscotch and cappacino shakes so far. Next week I think...
