    put 4lbs on!!!!

This is my second day of being back on TFR and that 2lb gain is officially a goner. Thank goodness. When you work so hard it's so dishearting to see the number on the scale increase.

Struggling to get back on TFR

I've started back on TFR after a week on refeed. I managed to put on 2lbs whilst on refeed which I wasn't happy about but I put it down to drinking copious amounts of coffee with skimmed milk to keep the chocolate cravings at bay. To be honest I'm totally starving today but I just keep...

    put 4lbs on!!!!

I'm back on TFR after doing refeed for a week. I put on 2lbs but I know it's because I was drinking copious amounts of coffee with skimmed milk to kill my chocolate cravings. Other than that I followed it to the later. I did feel extremely bloated the whole time and really heavy. I'm just...

From refeed back to TFR in under a week?

Just a quick question. I started refeed on Monday because I needed a wee break after losing nearly 5 stone. I'm totally hating refeed because I feel so bloated and the scales aren't going down, well by 1lb. I really want to go back on TFR tomorrow (I've sachets left) but my pharmacist wants me...

    Gah. Losing momentum

Differentusername don't give up. The cravings really start to diminish around week three. Don't get me wrong I still wish I could eat but not eating solids gets results. When people who haven't seen you for a long time are amazed at how good you look is all the motivation you need. I'm...

Whats the most anyones ever lost in one week?

I'm not sure to be honest but I think so; I used to weigh over 19 stone and my weight loss was around 6-7lbs a week. Now that I'm down to 15 stone my rate is 4-5lbs a week.

    Worried about loose skin :(

I exercise roughly two hours every night five times a week but I'm absolutely terrified about loose skin. My pharmacist told me that lipotrim contains extra vitamins and nutrients to help with skin elasticity and he has had people who have lost 8 and 9 stone and aren't plagued with lose skin...

Whats the most anyones ever lost in one week?

I lost 17lbs in my first weigh in; thereafter it was 7lbs for a couple of weeks, now it's at a steady 4-5lbs a week.

Are you a sipper or a gulper?

I mix my shake into the chocolate mousse; personally I can't stand it as a shake. I only take chocolate because I can't stomach strawberry or vanilla. Don't get me started on the flapjacks. Sticking to the chocolate really helps me and I never get tired of it.

    Oh noooo

I don't know whether it breaks ketosis but I'd imagine it would make you feel really uncomfortable and hungry. I drink four litres everyday without fail but I do it throughout the day so by 9pm every night I've drank my goal intake.

    Gah. Losing momentum

I found the obsessing stopped around week three; I was even dreaming about eating pizza and would wake up thinking I'd broken ketosis. I reckon it's all normal. This may sound really silly but I found baking things, cooking for family and not being a total food avoider really helped curb my...

    Oh noooo

I'm sooo happy I'm not the only food sniffer out there; the thing is it really really works. I even cook food and bake things for people because it's like satisfying a craving. When you get so many weeks in you're so afraid of breaking ketosis and going mad and stuffing your face you'll try...

    Oh noooo

Don't be too hard on yourself, it's very hard when you first start on the programme. To combat my temptations I sniff things. Sounds bizarre I know but it really works. Anything from chocolate buttons to cooked veg :s. I've been on lipotrim for eight weeks and have lost four stone. Just...
