    Yay well done, great to loose huh? Im on week 2 and it's slowed done a wee bit, lost 10lbs last week which has given me the kick up the flabby backside I needed.

    Write everything down, I have become a bit obsessed with carrying my calorie book.... Mikado sticks are also great and 11 cals each, plenty of salad and carrots :)

    ok...I know my proper weigh in day isn't till tomorrow but I couldn't resist as when putting on my jeans wasn't such a mission this morn.... I have lost 10lbs! In 6 days.... I am over the moon, and realise it's alot to loose in a week but I'm chuffed. :)

    No worries about joining in, I was wondering the same, I figure if I stick to under 1000 during the week then at the weekend I can have a few more, although I did really reduce after my wine binge.... it's only been a week for me so maybe someone who's been on it for a while will offer some help.
