    Day 1

I like the soup. I do add a bit of pepper but I find it's already salty. Also salt makes your body hold onto water xxx

    Day 1

That's what I find most difficult. Spent the day yesterday making food for my boyfriend. For the first time since starting on Saturday I really really struggled and fell off the wagon. I was so disappointed and furious with myself even though it was only a spoonful of chilli, but looking back I...

Anther new starter...with some concerns :(

Yeah some pharmacists take it a bit more seriously and are there to help you not make money. You can buy a shaker from supermarkets and health food stores they are normally close to the muscle building shakes or exercise stuff. I didn't have a choice on my first week but it was explained to me...

    Any advice on Shift Work

Hello, I work for the beloved NHS and work 12.5hr shifts a mixture of days and nights. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for working night shifts. I've just restarted today and am on a night shift tonight - this would have normally been my excuse to put off starting the diet for a couple...

Third time lucky - restarting tomorrow

Well here goes, I'm off to a good start. 1litre of water done and one chocolate shake and a lovely black tea :sigh:. I'm on nights tonight so not the best time to start a diet but I've let that be an excuse for too long. So I've had my morning shake, I'll have one this afternoon and then one...

Crazy ideas to keep u 100%

Silly as it sounds work is hard for me there is always some kind of temptation - so I put an elastic band around my wrist and every time I think about being naughty then I ping it and it stops me. Works for me most of the time x

Third time lucky - restarting tomorrow

Thanks Kozza, I've been very lucky in as fact that I've only put a stone on while friends who have done the same diet have put three stone plus. I think that's down to the fact that I've kept my exercise up. Thanks for the words of advice and I definitely agree that there are certain foods I...

I was the same last time so made it with more water. I've just been told by a friend who has done this successfully and she used to add pepper and garlic granules. I've emailed lipotrim to ask if that's okay. My friend has lost 7 stone in 6 months so seemed to be okay for her - so watch this...

    Books

Ohh I loved discovery of witches, so much so that once I'd finished I went straight back to the start and started again. I can't wait for the next book. I am a sucker for a good story, I read anything by Nora Roberts or her other name is JD Robb. Loved the Twilight books and Harry Potter...

I'll be weighing in on Friday morning. I'm finding it difficult to, last night I left the house to drive to McDonalds. Now I've never had a McDonalds in my life so am not sure why I was determined to have one. On the drive there I managed to convince myself that I was being stupid and returned...

When I did this last, I used to make peppermint tea and add a chocolate shake. It was nice, like a minty hot chocolate. My friend did a cold version and poured over ice cubes and said it was really nice. So will be trying those again. Think as it's cold I will be browsing the tea isle for...

    Bad day!!

The hold that food has over us is unbelievable. If you think about it we would probably not tolerate anything else controlling us as food does. I can't leave it affect my life any longer. I have a mantra now 'Being Fat is harder' so whatever I'm doing now, if I'm moaning about only having...

I am not new to lipotrim, I started it August 2009 and did very well. Due to illness I have put some of the weight back on and now feel that I am healthy enough to re-start. I contacted Lipotrim and spoke to one of the doctors there (a very hot sounding American I might add) and have been...

Hi, I'm also new to Lipotrim and had the exact same dreams. I even woke up one morning with tears in my eyes as I was so disappointed in myself. Laughed myself silly when realised it was only a dream. x
