Thank you everyone for the great support. :-) yeah i was definatly more hungry when i had my cold, glad its gone now and hopefully i will loose more weight this week. think im going to go for another 53lb, i think that will take my bmi down to 24.9 9 id be happy at that :-)

suffered all week with a cold...had weighin today so total loss in 3 weeks is 17lb :-)

had a good weigh in. lost another 2.5 kg , which is 5 1/2 pound. total loss in 13 days is 12lb.... going to definatly hit the stone marker next week. also tried the coconut flapjack... omg compressed cardboard or what, certainly didnt like that... silly me said id try the peanut one too.. think...
