Hi SW folks. I weighed in last night and sts, I am maintaining but 2lbs over my target. I would love to shift it! I think it is the 2 slices of bread and vitalite that do me. I will try much harder this week but it is easter this weekend...we shall see.

Well I found my sweet tooth again! I dont know how many chocolates I had yesterday I lost count. So today I was good, had yogurt and banana for brekkie. Nice egg salad and half a roll for lunch. Then hubby remembered the Christmas cake so just had slice of that, and a mince pie and squeezy...

did your consultant suggest you do a food diary and then show it to her next week? You could be eating something and not realising, like tomato sauce, butter or too much milk?

I love quark. I spread it on a caramel snack a jack (2 and a half syns) and put mashed banana on top....oh lovely....you can also put a little bit of sweetener and an option with it and just eat it...(about 2 syns) both on green
