    If I'm having rice/pasta I tend to have 80g for lunch but 100g for dinner (this is dry weight) and this is plenty. If I'm having pots I tend to have between 200 & 250g. I know SW isn't about weighing but I like to know exactly how much I'm having so I don't over eat. Em

    Hello I've been following Extra Easy for around 8 weeks now and have lost 12lb. What I tend to do is just make sure 1/3 of my daily intake is superfree. Works for me as I can eat loads of superfree at dinner but hardly any at breakfast so this way it all balances out. hth Em x

    How about Quorn products - a lot of these are free on EE and the sausages are great with an egg and mushrooms for breakfast. Another thing I use loads of is frozen spinach - it goes in all casseroles, stews and currys in my house!
