Newbie - my food diary so far

Hi all

Can you please just confirm that I am eating correctly.

Breakfast
1 x wholemeal bread HEa, with flora light (1 syn) and a banana. Cup of tea with milk (HEb)

Lunch
1 medium jacket potato, flora (2 syns), crabsticks in extra light mayo (1 syn) and ketchup (1 syn), salad with pizza express light dressing (1 syn)

Dinner
Chicken curry consisting of chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, spinach, passata, garlic, spices & brown rice

I will drink my milk allowance throughout the day too.

How does that sound? Am I doing it correctly.
