I made the Singapore noodles last night and its supposed to serve 4 but I ate more than a 1/4 (but not 1/2) - is that bad? Should I have stuck to the quarter?
Does it depend on what plan you are on? I am on original and not sure if fat free natural yogurt or fat free muller lights are free to eat on that plan?
