    Aiming for the low end of healthy?

    I am aiming to the lower end of healthy aswell, the very lowest of 7st 10. I used to be alot lower than this but will not go lower than this point. I think aslong as i am healthy then it is a personal opinion of how you feel and wish to continue at!! Best of luck!
