    monday morning at home weigh in

    At what weight did you start exercising?

    I try and do at least 3 things a week-but mainly because they suggest thats the healthy amount of exercise to do and i wanna be toned aswell as slim! Start slow and build up xx

    I bought this by mistake last week and when i was eating it I realised how creamy it was...then saw it wasnt fat free and was dreading the syns but 1.5 is great for the whole tub anyway so i had it all! xxx

    Doing sooooo much better on red days!

    Wow! Thats fab...bet youre feeling great and loving the meat to ha!....I have added more red days this week as I read on a previous post to mix things up if youre getting stuck. I find green day sooo easy and extra easy is fine too but keep struggling with meal ideas on red? I weigh in Tuesdays...
