    Which cereals are free on sf

    Hi I don't claim to be an expert (yet) lol but I believe Quaker oat so simple (original only) is a simply filling food. I have it with skimmed milk and put rasberrys and blueberrys to bulk it up. I haven't as yet found any other cereal which is a sf food. Hope this helps. Claire
