    I wish it was my week, unfortunately i'm away for most of the week so it won't be my week. Maybe next week. I'm going to try and hit the treadmill tomorrow morning.

    To be honest it is pretty daunting looking at all of the options... I have no idea. I know for the past 2 years i've taken to eating way too many carbs. I've been sticking to salads and soups this week (albeit with a few hiccups). Suggestions are welcome :)

    Thanks dj, treadmill is setup and i'm ready for a run. I think as long as I keep reading these forums for a few weeks i'll get motivated and hopefully catch that "running bug". Now where is my iPhone...
