Oh yh just re read it n it says dried, all varieties I just presumed that meant all pasta lol... Oh well that prob why I put on I stead lost :(

I bought fresh coz they were only a pound :) n I don't think it will matter it might change the cooking time tho xxx

So I bought the new shake n bake colemans mix.... It's seems to b just herbs that u put onto meat n veg then cook in the oven.... It is incredibly tasty but im not sure if there will b any syns in?? I hope not coz u could live of the Mediterranean one :) xxx

Wooooo I've lost 5lbs :)

So yesterday was good.... I had All bran n milk for breakfast both My healthy extras Pasta tuna n a tiny helping of butter Jacket potato n beans for tea with a dairy lea (light) triangle N after the concert I ended up havin super noodles :) all in all I counted 5 syns!!

Thanks, well I weigh Alot more than I wanted :( 13st 4lbs but here is to a new start!! Xxx

So I have my first meeting tonight, getting all the books I need n weighed!! Think I'm going to for the extra easy option... I'll c how I get in :)
