I don't weigh myself at all in the week.... I like the feeling of stepping on the scales at WI, and realising i've lost weight! There is not better feeling than surprise :) x

Im on the SW diet - Love it! Ive never eaten so much lol. My nan & grandad do the atkins diet, and they've lost quite abit of weight! I tried it a few years back, but im not massive on eating shed loads of meat lol so it didn't work for me!

My best tip - Dont Weigh Yourself! You'll get lost in the world of scales. Best bet is to just leave weighing until Weigh in! xx

My interpretation of food abuse is over eating on Free food. So for example, if you make these crisps out of 6 potatoes and then sit and eat them all in one go on one day that's abusing free food, because you would never eat 6 potatoes in one go usually. That's how I see it, if I'm wrong...

Dont give up! Have you tried the food diary on the SW website? Its my haven... Im on there all the time checking syns and filling in the diary. As said before, it is probably your body adapting, I remember the first time I tried slimming world I had a tiny loss the first week, 0.5 i think...
