    Hello. It sounds a good plan, I do the same and organise what exercise I'll do on which days what I'll eat, I think it's much better that way as you're more likely to stick to it! Good luck with it all :D

    Am I eating too many carbs ?

    Seeing as it's brown bread I wouldn't worry too much. If you feel the weight isn't coming off as well then maybe have some wholegrain cereal for your breakfast instead and still have your sandwich for lunch. I've started having 2 shredded wheats for breakfast and it keeps me full up for longer...

    Walking the dogs on my days off and have just bought a cross trainer which I want to use 4/5 times a week. I know it's stupid but I don't want to join a gym while I'm overweight as I get paranoid over what people think.

    Healthy Foods!

    Sounds about right. I'm a veggie so eat quite a bit of quorn too which is lower fat than meat and I'd say fairly healthy. I usually eat fruit, rice cakes, dried fruit and raw vegetables for snacks.
