    I use the aldi ff natural yogurt it goes a bit cheesy when cooked but as it is a cheese sauce I can cope with that! with a 2 hex a's of low fat cheddar(aldi again) grated on top. yummy.

    quiche disaster!

    I've never tried the quiche, but frittata or spanish omelette can be similar but without the base. I made spanish omelette with par boiled sliced or diced potatoes, onion mushrooms sliced peppers with HE a of cheese. I was going to use some for tea and take the rest to work for lunch next...

    Some very interesting points being made. I find the syns calculator difficult to use when its a liquid eg 180mls, what is that going to be in 100g portion. A common mistake is the slice of bread from 400g loaf as hexb. I bet a lot of people get the 800g loaf and don't weigh the slices...
