    When are bars and water flavouring allowed?

    I have the bars for lunch, banana shake for breakfast blended with some ice cubes in aswell as water. For lunch I either have peanut crunch bar, malt toffee or mint crisp then a shake for tea, strawberry, choc or choc mint. The only soup I really liked was spicy tomato but I stick to shakes now...

    November Weight Loss Challenge

    Hi everyone, a bit late I know but can I join in for the challenge? I'd like to lose 3pm a week form the next 3 weigh ins before Christmas. 31/10 - 15st4 07/11 - 14st12 14/11 - 14st7 21/11 - 14st5 28/11 - 14st4 (birthday last week so ate out!) *total loss 1 stone*

    Well, a good job I went - 10 friends there, table full of 40th birthday balloons, amazing cake & flowers!! Had a lovely night, steak & salad & a couple of glasses if champagne, boy do I feel rough today! Weigh day tomorrow so hoping for 4lb. Fingers crossed! Thanks for all your comments.

    I did CD a few years ago and lost 2st so I'm back to attempt the challenge again but this time 3rd would be great. I've downloaded the App for my iPhone so I can keep myself focused, just need to find one of those ticker timeline things now - any ideas? Thanks :)
