Just had week 1 weigh in - 6lb & fully focused!

    I did CD a few years ago and lost 2st so I'm back to attempt the challenge again but this time 3rd would be great.

    I've downloaded the App for my iPhone so I can keep myself focused, just need to find one of those ticker timeline things now - any ideas?

    Oh that's fantastic, well done! My first WI is tomorrow and I really can't wait to find out how I've done. I've not got access to scales so I've no idea, but I hope it's somewhere close to yours?

    Good luck, I'm sure you'll do at least that prob more, I wasn't great at drinking water.

    I seem to be an expert in going to the loo I'm drinking so much!
