If I have chocolate craving I have a hot chocolate either a Highlight or an Options and have some fruit with it. Sometimes if you try having a glass of water and waiting 10-15min rather than giving in to a craving works as well. Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

Hi! I used an Alpen Light Choc and orange bar. I guess some people may find it too sweet but it really quashed the urge to binge on OH's chocolate. I've told him to hide it for its own safety :-)

Hi, According to syn forum oxo curry cubes are syn free! Woohoo!! I don't know why it may taste bitter. I just made up the stock with 2 cubes, poured it over the cauliflower and cooked it until it was soft and then I zapped it in the blender. In colour it looks like a korma but has a kick...

Hi Croc! I used 2 oxo curry cubes in mine. I think they are syn free - I'll double check on the syn thread to make sure. I hope they are :)

Pete, you are brilliant! I've tried a few of the soups and the egg custards (which were amazing). Am going to give the sausage rolls a whirl this week. You have managed to convice my OH that eating healthily is not boring, infact he's already given me a list of other recipes to try. Thank you :)
