    Started again for the very last time

    Well done on your 9lbs, and on being brave enough to start again, I've been putting it off for ages. I've put back on a substantial amount of the 4 stone I lost the first time round, so disappointed with myself, but tomorrow is my first weigh in so fingers crossed. You'll do it =)

    Realised today that the relationship I have with food is not the one I thought I had, I haven't eaten for a day or two because I just can't face another shake atm, I don't feel hungry and the idea of eating real food is even worse than a shake or soup or whatever. Time for some sleep and hoping...

    I know a few people who this has happened to with implanon implants and the pill, including myself. It feels awful and the hunger cravings are a pain, but even though the weight loss slowed down during the next week the weight loss was back up and compensated for it =) Sent from my iPod touch...

    I have tried to keep on top of the water intake, but now I think about it it might be down a bit on last week? I'm just scared if I get stuck in a rut now I won't be able to get to my goal. My bf has been dead supportive, but he's a skinny sort, lean but he eats so much it's a killer to watch...

    Week one I lost 13.5lbs and week 2 I lost another 6 lbs, this week the weight loss seems to have completely stalled, I'm thinking weight loss will be 3lbs maximum. I'm still in ketosis and I can't understand why weight loss this week is so slow. I need some cheering up and some good positive...
