Hi summer rain, I noticed that you where part of a forces family too, at the moment we are in Cyprus so I need to do this diet and make it work any advice on how to stick to it and how much water you have etc can't waif to lose it:) good luck with your weight loss..

Hi sorry I saw your comment about having loads of packs, I too was on lighter life but due to hubby's posting we are overseas at the moment and the weight is back on:( so up setting as you try so hard, would it be possible to purchase some from you as I can't get them here. Just thought I would ask.
