Sure, I had: Egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2 sausages (pork), 1 slice of thick brown bread (didn't make it clear if it was wholemeal) & a Tattie Scone which I fear was probably fried in vege oil. The whole meal will've been grilled but using vege oil. Seriously regretting this now!

Bit late at posting but I weighed in and stayed the same - must admit I was pretty disappointed as I've been 100% all week but I barely drink any water so I'm gonna make sure I start drinking in case I'm holding onto fluid retention *sigh*
