    Chinese Buffet OMG

If I am going out to eat I spend the day drinking literally litres of water, I don't know how it works but it does, I just can't eat as much as I like, and what I do eat doesn't seem to have too much of a negative effect on my weight loss:)

    Calling all Irish!!!

I came across a list of Supermacs foods there a few weeks ago, I must root it out and put it up here, handy to have to refer to in case you need your fix of chips!! And some of it isn't too bad on propoints:)

    Calling all Irish!!!

oh and Marks and Spencers have their count on us ready meals on offer at the minute, 2 for €7, and they freeze really well, most will cook from frozen too, they too have the propoints values on the back. Very handy to have on stand by for those times when you don't have to cook a meal for the...

    Calling all Irish!!!

I definitely find Dunnes the best... I got these little weightwatcher bun things there last week - Mini Victoria Sponges, and they are just to die for, but sweet enough that you could only eat one with a mug of tea:) Tesco's light choices stuff can be good sometimes too, and have the propoints...

oh but i do walk a couple of miles most evenings but I never use those activity points, I walk more for the health benefits than weight loss.

weight loss reults on pp compared to results on discover

yep I keep them for booze to be honest, I see my dailies as food and my weeklies as drinks and have used at least 40 of them each week - that may sound like a lot of booze but when you convert them to wine or beer it's not a lot in a week!

    so so happy:)

Hello:) Just have to share - When I joined WW 3 weeks ago, I thought I was 12 stone 7, but when my leader weighed me I nearly belted her when she told me I was in fact 13 stone 4! Well just got weighed and I am now 12 stone 6 - a pound lighter than I thought I was that day, thank god for...

weight loss reults on pp compared to results on discover

I think everyone is different, as a few years ago I did the old points and found it great, so I dubious about propoints as they are so different. In the first week on propoints I lost 3.5lb, and to be honest I was disappointed, as even though it was a good weight loss, I really thought I would...

M&S Count on Us Ready Meals - Ireland

Just thought I'd share - anyone in the Republic of Ireland M&S have an offer on their Count on Us Ready Meals - 2 for €14 and they actually have the Propoints values on the back - all 9 or 10 points. And even though they are good for you, they are M&S so they are yummy:)))

    3pp snacks

a two finger kit kat is 3pp, and so is a solero ice cream, yum:) weightwatchers jaffa cake bars and chocolate mini rolls are only 2pp and they are surprisingly good. And Walkers baked crisps are 3pp. As you can tell, I have a wee bit of a sweet tooth!

Just a bit of help please x

calcium has been linked to metabolic rate and weight loss, and you don't seem to be having any at all each day apart from the milk in your coffee - so maybe try introducing some yogurt and cheese to your diet for a week, and see if that helps. Plus calcium is good for you!!!
  30. T

    ProPoints fast food.

oh no no chips are evil, they are so so yum but so not worth it!!
  31. T

    Ouch!!

oh that's not good, if it was too hard I would never keep it up, I think I may stick to walking too:)

    Need some motivation here.

every day is a new day, just draw a line under it and move on mentally, one day's overeating can't ruin a whole week, so chin up and get back to being good hun:)

    PP weekly allowence!

    Next Tuesday :)

hi there here to lose, with ww you will lose weight all over, but to lose weight from specific areas is a bit more tricky. Obviously exercise around the abs will build more lean muscle under your belly, but in the short term this can in fact make you look a wee bit bulkier in that area, but...

    Bread Alternatives

Hi there, I used to make my own bread using soya flour so it was quite low on carbs and high in protein (I was on atkins!!) And given the way propoints are worked out that might be lower than conventional wheat based bread. If you want I will root out the recipe:)

    losing hope

Me again!! I was just thinking, maybe you could add in a couple of yogurts into your diet? Calcium has been linked to metabolic rate and weightloss, and it seems it could be something you are lacking so maybe this would help too?
  40. T

    losing hope

Hi K4c3y, is that what you would eat normally everyday? I just noticed that you are having two bananas, I know that they are zero points, but in reality bananas are quite calorific, and they take up to 48hours to digest, so it could be them that is stalling your weightloss, as the rest of your...

    WW Panic Button

we all have our bad days, but I think you just have to accept them and start again a new day on the next day. Realistically how much weight gain can 1 day cause? So go out, enjoy your birthday and the next morning put it to one side and start again:)

Hi Sammy, best of luck with your weightloss:) I only started WW a week ago, and while it's a lot to get your head around, it certainly does seem like a sustainable and liveable diet plan, so you won't be disappointed:)

    Starting again

hi losemenow, I have just started again too, best of luck with your weightloss:) Our leader has given us one bit of advice for Lent - give up nothing!! As livable and flexible as WW can be, it's still fair to say that we have to give up enough to be on it (like the five sneaky biscuits while...
