    Help please!!

    Don't be so hard on yourself!!! Just think if you had not started on the plan you could actually be 10 lb heavier by now... Are you still tracking everything that passes your lips? as it can be hard to remember later in the day. Do you still weigh your portions to check you are getting them...

    Hi Love this idea! I'm from Dublin. I definitly think Dunnes have the best WW range. I don't buy a lot of ww products as they are quite expensive for what you get.

    Hi, I have tried the old discover plan lots of times and it never really clicked with me. I would stick to it for a while and then get bored, but PP is fab, I feel I have much more choice over what I can eat. I seem to feel full all the time, I not constantly wondering what will I eat next...
