i always find if i exercise, even walking 2 or 3 times per week, i dont lose as much. I dont know if doing the extra bit increases my appetite or what, I just dont have as big a loss as normal!

the secret is without question a good quality non stick frying pan! I had an old pan from tesco and burnt it black when trying to use frylight. I have a tefal non stick pan now and you dont even need frylight when "frying" eggs! Hope that helps!
