    Im new to this but I need to lose 6 stone and I'm doing porridge , shake & soup with plenty of water diet so hopefully being on here will help , I thinks it's alway good to here there is others that are like myself so we can support each other as we all no it's really hard , but WE CAN DO IT...

    Same hear darls , but I sticking to this then once I have been on it 2 to 3 weeks I'm going too do more excise as I think it will be alittle easier for me as I should of loss some weight , so fingers crossed Laura :-) xxx
