Hi peeps

    Im new to this but I need to lose 6 stone and I'm doing porridge , shake & soup with plenty of water diet so hopefully being on here will help , I thinks it's alway good to here there is others that are like myself so we can support each other as we all no it's really hard , but WE CAN DO IT !!!!!!!

    Hey laura how r u? Iv only just started too :) I joined SW in november but gave up, so this time im just doing calorie counting & healthy eating...hows it going so far for you? xx

    Well I'm on my 2nd day and doing well just looking forward to see my result , I just drink water if I think I'm hungry so fingers crossed , so what u doing now then ? :)
