Hi
Im new to WW & very confused..... I have just bought some Be Good To Yourself Quarter Pound burgers from Sainsburys. Printed on the back of the box is 3pp per burger.
I couldnt find them listed on my iphone app so put the details in the calculator & they are working out to 5pp per...
Hiya. I have just completed L1 D7...... its getting easier each day :) I am a bit scared of level 2, a lot of other threads say its the worst one. I am determined to complete my 30 days though. I haven't measured myself again yet, was waiting for day 15. I do feel more toned already, but was a...
Hi Emmy
I have just been reading through your journey so far & you are doing so well. You have motivated me to get back on plan properly instead of half heartedly following it. Thank you :) And I love all your positives.
Oh & wow 6 dogs... sounds like heaven. I have a Charlie, he is my 10 yr...
I have just completed D1 L1 after being motivated by all your encouraging posts. I have to say the first 10 mins were hard... then before I knew it I was cooling down :)
Getting prepared for the aching tomorrow :(
Is anyone else finding it difficult to get all the flavours of the savoury rice and pasta & sauce? I have tried Morrisons, Sainsburys, Asda & Tesco & they only have the same few available
After reading your 1st post & feeling really inspired I went home & had my photos taken. After the initial horror of seeing what I really look like from every angle, I am now totally focused & back on plan. Thank you & good luck. xx
by the way love your 50's dress, you look great
I bought some a couple of weeks ago after shopping with my little book of free foods. I thought it was too good to be true so checked them on SW website - they are 3.5 syns - I dont think they are worth it.
Meatfree Chicken Style Fillets, 4 pack, frozen, 72g each 3½ 3½ 3½
I have also restarted my journey - again......I lost 1st 7lb when I first joined SW & have been losing & gaining the last 7lbs for what seems like the last year!
Hi I have just put the details in the syn calculator on SW website & they are coming up as 1 syn on original & EE & 6.5syns for green. I think this is right :)
I think EE is great if you havent done SW before. I find it difficult making sure I have 1/3 superfree at every meal & I miss my 2nd HE A & B....... I do like EE for the family meals, chilli & rice, cottage pie etc as Im not a huge quorn mince fan.
if you fill out the on-line food diary they come up as 3.5 syns. Also the meatfree lincolshire sausages are in the little book of free foods, but are 1.5 syns each. I have checked this with slimming world & they confirmed this.
I did give up wine completely when I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks & was hoping for a bigger loss.... but sadly still lost the the same 1/2-1lb each week.
I made this tonight with Tesco Lemon & Corriander couscous (1/2 syn per 100g cooked) & 3 eggs.
1x packet of couscous made approx 250g "cooked" weight (1.5 syns for the whole thing) then added the beaten eggs & microwaved for 3-4 mins. I was thinking a HE A of cheese melted on it would be good...
I have looked this up today on SW website as someone at work had corned beef hash for lunch.... MMMmm tempting
100g Corned beef, lean, 100g 2½ (R & EE) 10 (Green)
Corned beef, standard, 100g 3 (R & EE) 11 (Green)
Gutted! I went shopping at the weekend with my little book of "free" foods & stocked up on Tesco meatfree chicken style fillets & lincolnshire sausages. All free according to my book. Got home & updated my online food diary for the weekend....only to find that the fillets are 3.5 syns & sausages...
I get a lot of interest in my meals at work... everyone says I always have such lovely food & most people admit they are jealous as their sandwich is boring :)
I can not resist ....... wine :( I dont have any problems with my meals, food on SW is amazing, tonight I had cod wrapped in parma ham with stir fry veg & noodles (1 syn).... Totally gorgeous, but 1 little glass is never enough... Maybe Im on the wrong website ;)
Tonight I had Parma ham wrapped cod (from new EE cook book) with stir fry veg (pack) & noodles... Very nice I also made the alpen bar cheese cake recipe that I found on here...MMMmmmmm full & satisfied & still on plan... loving it :)
I love this thread... I did success express a couple of weeks ago & found it really difficult finding enough variety of superfree, on a budget, but you have made this look soooo easy. Im going to success express again for the rest of the week :) thank you & fingers crossed for Mondays WI
I made this for dinner last night & it was fab. I am trying to fit in more superfree foods so made ratatouille to go with it. Had the left overs for lunch today & WOW even better. :)
I walk my dog for 30 mins every morning & evening. Could really do with maybe putting some extra effort in & make it power walking....I also walk into the town centre on my lunch break - 30min brisk walk.
Guess what Im having for breakfast tomorrow :) I have got stuck in rut of quorn sausage & egg sandwich on my late shift & fruit & yogurt on my early shift.
OMG... I made SW KFC tonight & its gorgeous! Family loved it too. I have been a SW member for a while & lost 1st 7lb. I am now stuck in a bit of a recipe rut & have decided to re-start my jouney.... I joined this site yesterday for some motivation & have a whole bunch of meals waiting to be...
