Sign up again for LL but thinking maybe its cheaper to get exante product on line ( never heard if it snd havent tasted it) and instead of wasting 2and half hours travelling and sitting through a meeting I could talk to you lot instead x

Absolutly nothing! except the price of LL is very expencive because you get counseling every week cognitive behavioural therapy- it didn`t work for me lol Slimfast is the same but even cheaper. I add water instead of milk and you can still go into ketosis.
