    id go for the old plan personally just reading about propoints gets me confused lol plus ive heard some negative things about propoints people not losing as they did with old points, just my opinion but i cant praise discovery enoughxx

    Am attending a bbq at the weekend and was wondering if anyone knew any points for regular things like standard sausage burger etc maybe steak and pork too i wont be pointing but it would be nice to know to try and pick the lowest point options thank ux

    Tuesday Melon and apple for breakfast 2.5 Chow mein good for u snackpot 3.5 bowl of mushrooms 0 whole tin of salmon 4.5 some fries i finished off my daughters plate 4 special k (larger than normal bowl) 4 cup of tea 0.5 (for the milk) Total for today 19:D

    Well i have officially been back on ww discover for one week today and have lost 6lbs cannot believe as saturday i had way too much to drink and a takeaway and sunday was pretty good but had a takeaway in the night too!!! :-) i love this diet it works for me even if i follow it monday to friday...

    Hi guys thought i would share a great dinner i cooked up tonight 2 linda mccartney sausages 4 points 250grams of potatoes 2 points gravy granules 1 point i cut my potatoes into chips shape part boiled them then finished off in the over didnt even need to spray or use oil delicous :-) nice...

    I love discover plan have never been to a meeting got taught the diet by a friend years ago and have relied on it ever since always see results cant praise it enough its nice to come on here and see other people following the diet as noone i know does it especially since pp came outx

    well ive only been back on discover plan since tuesday and feel better already, have upped my drinking of water including much more salads and veg and i dont feel restricted and also weighed today and have lost 3 pounds so i feel better already :-) have to say i have pushed myself on 3 very long...
