id go for the old plan personally just reading about propoints gets me confused lol plus ive heard some negative things about propoints people not losing as they did with old points, just my opinion but i cant praise discovery enoughxx
ohh i am pleased to see this been walking 2 hours most days this week only at a slow pace do u think i have earned any points?i wouldnt want to use them just treat as a bonusxx

Am attending a bbq at the weekend and was wondering if anyone knew any points for regular things like standard sausage burger etc maybe steak and pork too i wont be pointing but it would be nice to know to try and pick the lowest point options

Well i have officially been back on ww discover for one week today and have lost 6lbs cannot believe as saturday i had way too much to drink and a takeaway and sunday was pretty good but had a takeaway in the night too!!! :-) i love this diet it works for me even if i follow it monday to friday...
I love a good sat night drink wondering if anyone had any recomendations for low points was gonna try the ww wine?
I like drinking lager and wine so anything along them lines would be helpful although i know lager must be highhh in pointsx

250grams of potatoes 2 points
gravy granules 1 point
i cut my potatoes into chips shape part boiled them then finished off in the over didnt even need to spray or use oil delicous :-) nice...
If anyone knows the points of this would be veryyyy grateful lol am a big takeaway chick (hence the reason im doing this) want to kick my habits so if i knew the atrocious points in my fave takeaway was hoping it may do the trick:confused:
I always lose weight with discover then treat myself to endless weeks of takeaways then back on discover to get the weight off vicous circle have to try and change this time.........
Does anyone know the discover points in melon and strawberries obv cant work out the points as they never come labelled with cals etc would love a quick response as picked up a nice juicy melon for my brekkie tomorrow :D thank uxx
I love discover plan have never been to a meeting got taught the diet by a friend years ago and have relied on it ever since always see results cant praise it enough its nice to come on here and see other people following the diet as noone i know does it especially since pp came outx
well ive only been back on discover plan since tuesday and feel better already, have upped my drinking of water including much more salads and veg and i dont feel restricted and also weighed today and have lost 3 pounds so i feel better already :-) have to say i have pushed myself on 3 very long...
gonna sound greedy but a whole pack of asda thin sliced chicken, 3 jacobs crackers with one laughing cow light cheese and 6 cherry toms dipped in salt yummmmmmmmm and only 5 points :-)
aww thank you I find it hard to get motivated as I dont know anyone who struggles like me with my weight really is an ongoing battle but decided this is the week i HAVE to stick to it and see some resultsxx

can i join the team I need to lose 20lbs of what i blame as baby weight but my son is now ten months old haha could do with some support people in the same boat its so hard cos i loveee takeaways hahaxx
