    I had an awful week and almost didn't go to class as I knew it was a gain. I went and put 2.5lbs on :( Although at least I did stop, went back to class and spoke to my leader about it. Still don't know what set me off. Really need to get my head back into it now and lose this weight.

    Rewards, stickers and treats - what works for you?

    I have drawn up a table with 40 boxes and each time I lose a pound I put a star into a box, hoping it will spur me on. I also plan to buy myself something nice each time I lose 10lbs.

    What are you looking forward to??

    I am looking forward to being healthier, looking better and being able to wear my size 12 clothes again. Have a wardrobe full of clothes that I can't wear at the moment but I am determined to get there this year.

    Christmas Gain

    I am back to class on Monday, think I have put on about 4lbs which basically takes me back to my start weight but I am confident that I will lose it again and get to my goal weight in 2012.

    Are we all surviving?

    I was ok over Christmas didn't track but ate sensibly and enjoyed myself. Since Wednesday I haven't stopped eating and its all junk too. Don't know why I am eating so much but I get weighed on Monday so that will get me back on track.

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
