    Hi I've just had my first weigh in today, joined ww last week with my brothers girlfriend, she's quite already so I'm hoping for a bit of extra support here. and offer mine if needed. A pound and a half lose this week not the greatest but still going the right way.

    Hi I've just started RC this week already fallen of the wagon and it's only the second day. Back on it tommorrow though am determined to lose a bit of weight b4 weigh in on Monday. Ive ordered a RC DVD and dont feel I really will have started til it arrives.
