    Level 1 day 2 done, very happy that I found I can do it in the safety of my bedroom off the laptop! I was very sweaty so that must be good lol. It's weird but I find the cardio at the end easier than at the start? And my knee and neck didn't hurt today. Kick my bum into shape Jillian!

    Thanks! My mum never got on with SW which is probably a combination of her underactive thyroid and not eating enough! She used to argue with our group leader because she refused to eat breakfast, so embarrassing lol. I find if I plan ahead, I never run out of things to eat :)

    I log everything I eat, otherwise I might find i've eaten 3 HEXB's or forgotten about something i've eaten that i've synned. I also find it helps to plan the next day's food ahead.
