    Can't help being a bit disappointed...

    Day 5

    Don't give up! The hard part will be over really soon and you'll breeze through from then on. Drinking loads of water helps, sparkling water especially fills you up. Distract yourself too - go for a short walk/ read a book/ watch rubbish on tv...just keep away from the kitchen! x

    On Day 3 and...

    Day 3 was my toughest day but I can barely remember it now as it's been fine since then. I lay around feeling sorry for myself in the early days lol, I suggest you do the same! Lie around in bed, watch TV, have a nice bath etc. Bet you'll be on here in not too long raving about how good you feel! x

    Making up the shaker drinks

    At the start I had read the instructions on the bag wrong and was making mine up with 450mls for a couple of days, I still lost plenty of weight in the first week!     how to make soup so it doesn't go lumpy?

    I've found that if you put the powder in first and then add the hot water very slowly it works. Add a little bit of water and whisk into a kind of paste and then add more and more and keep whisking. Takes a bit longer but if you do it gradually it's not lumpy. All the best x
