    I went in 2007 (twice) and spent around 400 each week. But we did eat out for every meal and had a few boozy nights. Hope that helps :-)

    I cover a salmon fillet in quark, wrap it in tin foil and put it in the oven. It makes it nice and creamy :)

    I love apples crunchy, but everything else has to be soft or I'll have to wait for it to ripen. I especially love really soft peaches and bananas :)

    I look puffy after a week on green days!!

    I used to eat mostly pasta, potatoes and things like that on green. I'm trying to eat more speed foods rather than having too many carbs. It seems to be working :)

    My class is on a Saturday at 10am. So after having an extra hour of sleep, I get ready to go and meet my mum after for breakfast. If my class was in the afternoon I'd eat lightly. Possibly snack portions.

    There's a multi-pack of 5 of Snickers bars in the fridge that my OH bought home last night. I have avoided them like the plague and have tried to occupy my mind so that I don't even think about eating them. I had a strawberry muller light instead....yay for me :-D

    Puddings syn free baked egg custard

    I made these and they are amazing! I also sprinkled some sweetener on top after they had cooled down (I have a mega sweet tooth!) I made one for my bf aswell, I am really having to stay out of the kitchen because I want to eat his too, LOL! Thank you for this post and making me a happy girl :-)

    SW quiche

    I'm glad I found this! I've just cooked (and eaten) the quiche. I used a 300g tub of cottage cheese & 3 eggs. I put red, orange & green peppers in with an onion and Bacon. It is so tummy! My bf has tried it and says that it is the best quiche he's eaten! Yay for me! :-D Thanks for the idea x
