What do you eat before weigh in?

My class is on a Saturday at 10am. So after having an extra hour of sleep, I get ready to go and meet my mum after for breakfast.
If my class was in the afternoon I'd eat lightly. Possibly snack portions.
 
Nothing at all, I fall out of bed onto the scales every Monday morning.
 
I eat. Silly not to, especially as I have weigh in at around 6pm in the evening.

When i get to target, i wont 'not eat' for a day. Why start now?
 
I weigh in at 6pm on a wednesday evening and I eat my breakfast and dinner as I would normally but try not to eat anything after about 2pm and try avoid drinking anything after 4.30pm. Then after class I look forward to my tea :) seems to be working so far.
 
i weigh in on a tuesday at 7.30. i have my normal days food, even my evening meal at 6.00pm. Because ive always done it, i suppose it makes no difference. Could never starve myself. Feel like cheating..
